We only collect the information needed to manage your room bookings — such as your name, contact details, registration number, and booking history. We do not sell your personal data.

Your details are used to process bookings, send confirmations and reminders, and provide customer support. We retain booking records only as long as needed for operational and legal purposes.

Transactional emails (booking confirmations, reminders, account notices) are sent from our verified domain. You can request changes to your contact preferences at any time.

You can view, update, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Signed-in users can manage their profile and bookings directly from their account.
